To request a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified through our KYC process. We require that withdrawals be made to the same payment method used for deposits whenever possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. There is no maximum withdrawal limit, though large withdrawal requests exceeding Rp 50,000,000 may require additional verification and processing time.
Standard withdrawal processing time is up to 24 hours for verified accounts. However, processing may take longer (up to 72 hours) during peak periods, weekends, or if additional verification is required. Withdrawals to Indonesian bank accounts are typically completed within one banking day after approval. E-wallet withdrawals may be processed faster, depending on the provider.
Before processing a withdrawal, we reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity, payment method ownership, or transaction legitimacy. All withdrawal requests are subject to review for compliance with our anti-money laundering (AML) policies.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, all deposited funds must be wagered at least once (1x rollover) before they become eligible for withdrawal. This requirement applies to all deposits, regardless of whether you have claimed a bonus. Deposits combined with bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated in the bonus terms.

Unless otherwise stated, bonuses are available to players once per person, household, IP address, email address, or payment method. Abuse of bonuses, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotional offers repeatedly, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
Most bonuses require you to wager the bonus amount a specified number of times (e.g., 30x wagering requirement) before any winnings derived from that bonus become withdrawable.
